1、 -High Temperature Air Combustion summarize
High Temperature Air Combustion -- HTAC, is a new combustion technology since the 90's developed countries began to widely spread and applied. It can make the combustion air preheating to 800-1000 ℃, the oxygen content in combustion zone is between 2%-21%, and compared with the traditional combustion process, the biggest characteristic of high temperature air combustion is to save fuel, reduce CO2 and NOX emissions, reduce combustion noise. International attaches great importance to the research and development of high temperature air combustion technology, China is a country with a large fuel consumption in the world, development and utilization of regenerative high temperature air combustion, to improve the efficiency of energy utilization in China, will make great contributions to the improvement of environmental pollution, reduce the production cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
2、Working principle of high temperature air combustion
high temperature air combustion technology mainly includes: burner , heat accumulator is make up of ceramic honeycomb 、selector valve 、flue gas fan, air blower and the corresponding control system.
The working principle of high temperature air combustion system as shown in the figure, the description is as follows: the fuel enters by the burner, the combustion air access from the A, heat the material produced by combustion, flue gas enters the B, heat the heat accumulator in the regenerator , at the same time the flue gas temperature is reduced; after half a cycle reversing valve reversing, next, the cold air enter into the B regenerator , the air is preheated to a high temperature, namely the heat accumulator is gradually cooling, preheated air and fuel burn in B burner, then the flue gas enters the A ,heat accumulator is heated, while the flue gas is cooled, thus a cycle is complete.
In the work process of high temperature air combustion, when the combustion air get through heat accumulator in one regenerator for preheating, another burner as exhaust smoke role, at same time exhaust flue gas heat corresponding heat accumulator in regenerator , namely when the normal temperature air enter into the regenerator from the reversing valve, after heated by the heat accumulator ,the normal air was heated to near the heat accumulator temperature in a short time,then the high temperature air at a certain speed sprayed into the Chamber of furnace, and then aspirate gas around the furnace to form a lean anoxic high temperature gas flow that containing oxygen is much lower than the 21%, at the same time inject fuel (oil or gas) to the high temperature air nearby , so that the fuel can burn in the condition of Hypoxia (2%-21%) , after a certain period of time Combustion flue gas in the furnace was heated get though the other regenerator ,after another regenerator, namely when the heat of high-temperature flue gas in the furnace get though the heat accumulator,heated the heat accumulator,then turn into the low-temperture injectioned into the atmosphere.
3.The advantage of high temperature air combustion
(1) Using heat accumulator type flue gas waste heat recovery device, alternate air and flue gas, which flows through the heat accumulator ,be able to recycle the waste heat of high temperature flue gas at the maximum extent, the effect of energy saving is very big, can save energy more than 25%-30%, the exhaust gas temperature can be controlled at 130~150oC, the special case controlled at 70~80 oC, realize the ultimate recovery of flue gas waste heat. At the same time also reduced CO2 emissions, reduce the impact on the greenhouse effect.
(2) It can heat the combustion air to 800oC -1100oC, in general, preheated air temperature increase for each 1000C, can make the theoretical combustion temperature increased about 500oC , energy saving 3%-5%. In addition the technical form is a new type of flame and is totally different from the traditional flame, really realize the high temperature hypoxia combustion. Since the combustion region of the flame to expand so as to eliminate the local high temperature, form uniform temperature distribution, not only improve the heating quality of products , at the same time prolonging the service life of the furnace refractory material.
(3) Due to the elimination of the local high temperature in the furnace, furnace temperature uniformity can make the furnace temperature is increased to limit the use of refractory material and strengthen heat transfer in the furnace, the size of furnace in the same throughput can be reduced more than 20%-30%. One side the size reduction can reduce cost, on the other hand make the furnace heat reduction, so that make energy-saving work to a new level. Change the combustion system to heat accumulating system, furnace tube oxidation burning loss is reduced greatly, can improve the service life of furnace tube.
(4) In the traditional combustion mechanism, due to the existence of local high temperature area even adopt low NOx technology does not realize ultralow NOx emissions. The high temperature air combustion through tissue oxygen deficient combustion, extends the combustion region, the flame boundary extends to almost furnace boundary, which makes the furnace temperature distribution uniformity. In favor of improve the quality of heating medium and reduce the furnace tube coking rate, which provides guarantee for the long-term and stable operation of the heating furnace. Effectively eliminate the local high temperature zone in the high temperature preheating combustion, realization of the super low NOx emission.
(5) Can be burning low calorific value fuel (such as blast furnace gas, producer gas, carbon black exhaust, low calorific value solid fuel and liquid fuel and so on) many industrial furnace operating temperatures are high, the low calorific value fuel will not reach the required of furnace temperature, with the help of preheated air or high temperature preheating fuel gas obtain higher furnace box temperature, extend the scope of application of the low calorific value of fuel.
(6)With decentralized residual heat recovery instead of a centralized waste heat recovery methods, when the zone of different in the furnace have different temperature control requirements, the adjustment method is more flexible ,convenient and effective.
(7) It is easy to operate, labor conditions greatly improved. Can be combined with the PLC automatic control technology, as long as operate in the Instrument room and greatly improve the working conditions of workers, avoids the risk of gas poisoning.
